Travel and Sports Insurance
It is our policy to have comprehensive travel insurance in place for your tour. Our insurance policy not only covers the travel element of your tour but also covers your team whilst they are playing their competitive fixtures.
We have tailored our insurance to suit your teams' needs and have negotiated preferential group rates with several leading insurance companies that will best suit your teams requirements.
Our policies have discounted prices for Children up to the age of 18 and have in place a cooling off period to enable you to check that the cover provided is suitable for your group.
Under the Association of British Insurers (ABI) General Code of Practice, we have detailed below the key points of our standard policy along with the cost. Full details are given on your actual policy document. We also recommend that each member of your group or family travelling complete an European Health Card, available online or from Post Offices, which will give you additional cover whist travelling in Europe and entitles you to similar assistance you would expect through our own health system. It's free of charge and covers a number or European destinations.
Passports and Visas
Please check that your passport is up to date and that any Children travelling have a passport in their own name. If you are travelling on a non UK or EU passport you may require a visa. Please check with us or the country that you are travelling to for further information.
